Spring Chase offers one bedroom one bath units leasing for $551.00, one bedroom with a den leasing for $708.00, two bedroom one bath units leasing for $677.00, two bedroom two bath units leasing for $756.00, three bedroom two units leasing for $861.00 and last, but not least, our luxury 3.2 unit that leases for $908.00. The size of our units range from 690 square feet to 1400 square feet. We provide a discount to military as well as a discounted rate to seniors. A senior discount would be as follows: 1.1 unit at $518.00, a one bedroom with a den at $665.00, a 2.1 at $636.00, a 2.2 at $711.00 a 3.2 at $809.00 and a 3.2. bath luxury unit at $853.00. Our seniors and military personnel do not pay processing fees. Spring Chase Apartments also offers furnished corporate units at $2200.00 per month. Our security deposit is $300.00.

We offer many amenities with the comfort of our residents in mind! Our community has two swimming pool areas, a tennis court, an awesome gym area, and a study lab equipped with computers and printers. For your peace of mind, Spring Chase offers a Courtesy Guard service. You might also find solace in returning home to a unit equipped with an alarm system that is monitored on a 24 hour basis.

Our community proudly pays for our residents, the monitoring fee on your alarm system, unlimited pest control service and all sanitation and sewage bills. Moreover, with our residents in mind, Spring Chase offers a professionally trained staff, with some management members living on grounds. These staff members do remain on 24 hour call within the community to assist those residents who may require emergency assistance.

With the growing business needs of our residents, Spring Chase is proud to offer an in-house business center. The center offers a small loft library, fax machine and copier. This is all accessible to our residents free of charge. Our staff members are also certified notaries as well. We offer detached garages and storage areas within our communities. These may be used for storing boats, cars, or personal belongings.
